Booking your place
The process to participate online in Culture Club is as follows: we ask you to book your place for each Culture Club in advance. After you have booked the Zoom link to participate in the Culture Club event will be sent 48 hours prior to the event taking place in a reminder email. To participate online in Culture Club, you will need an internet or smartphone connection and a Zoom account and you will see a short video on how to set up a Zoom account below.
As Culture Club is very popular and busy we request that you book a maximum of five events for the month. If there are additional events (up to a maximum of three) you wish to attend outside of your chosen selection, please let us know by email. If you plan on having two people share a screen during a Culture Club event kindly book only one spot.
Setting up a Zoom account
Zoom is a free online meeting platform, which you will need to join us for Culture Club. Follow the step by step instructions in this short video to set up your personal Zoom account.

Zoom places security as the highest priority in the operations of its suite of products and services. Extra security features have been put in place to ensure the safety of your Zoom experience such as passwords and waiting rooms. These features ensure that no unauthorised people enter the meeting.
