Dublin City Council Culture Company wishes to recruit an Visitor Experience Coordinator, under a fixed term, full time, two-year contract.

As one of the Dublin City Council Culture Company team, you are key to activating our values throughout your work. At the visitor experience 14 Henrietta Street, we aim to engage with Dubliners and visitors to Dublin through a professional customer service atmosphere. As Visitor Experience Coordinator, you are creating the conditions to make this possible. As organiser, facilitator or host, you are responsible for delivering customer service at its highest level and should carry out your tasks in a welcoming and efficient manner. Your primary responsibilities include Front of House, management of Group Bookings and Venue Hire.

Dublin City Council Culture Company is a new company established to create and deliver cultural initiatives in Dublin City, and to initiate, implement and manage cultural programmes and buildings for the benefit of the citizens of Dublin, locally and citywide. POSITION SUMMARY

Post Title: Visitor Experience Coordinator Dublin City Council Culture Company
Post Status: Fixed Term Contract (full-time), two years.
Location: Dublin City Council Culture Company, 14 Henrietta Street, Dublin 1.
Reports to: Head of Visitor Experience, Dublin City Council Culture Company.
Salary: €31,200 gross p.a.
Pension: A contribution of 10% of salary will be made to an agreed pension savings scheme subject to the individual contributing a similar percentage.
