Dublin City Council Culture Company is seeking to appoint a Head of Incubation and Development Lab.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Dublin City Council Culture Company has recently launched its five-year Company Strategy. It is ambitious and wide open for the development of further opportunities for creative encounters for the people who call Dublin home.
Dublin City Council Culture Company is now seeking a person who can develop new partnerships and opportunities for the company to build on what is working and to devise new initiatives that are relevant to our strategy. They will also work with our wider team to ensure our values continue to be embedded in all of our activities.
This newly created role is a key member of the senior team of the company. The person who takes this role will aim to respond to the Company Strategy and the existing programme with experimentation, capacity-building and long-term development in mind.
The role also involves developing and piloting new ideas based on the themes arising from our cultural engagement programmes.
Deadline for applications: 18th December 2019
Interviews: will take place on the week of 6th January 2020
Starting date: subject to agreement, from 28th February 2020 or date close to that.
Duration: 3 years full-time fixed term contract of employment.
Salary: €48,000 per annum
Pension: A contribution of 10% of salary will be made to an agreed pension savings scheme subject to the individual contributing a similar percentage.
