Local Heroes shone a light on Dublin’s local and community heroes, through art. In 2018 Local Heroes brought together a range of artists, including dancers, musicians, poets, animators, and photographers with some extraordinary Dubliners, and commissioned the creation of “portraits” that celebrate the contribution and impact these 'Local Heroes' make in their communities.
