The Strategic Development and Research function monitors our work through the Company’s evaluation framework so we continuously and effectively learn from all our programmes, activities and systems to deliver the strategic objectives of our Company Strategy 2025 to 2030. The Strategic Development and Research team manages and delivers a cultural infrastructure database and mapping programme, oversees our Advisory group comprising members of the public and through strategic communications helps people understand what we do and how we do it. The team works together across all functions to ensure we continue to place accessibility and inclusion at the forefront of our work. We measure how we are doing and to consistently integrate this knowledge into how we talk about our work, in the development of new ideas and programmes so that we consistently strive to deliver higher quality responsive programming.
