Engagement

The Engagement function develops ways for people to see, try out and make culture with greater ease and confidence, helping them develop and grow their cultural habits. The Engagement team actively listens to the people of Dublin and values their perspectives, feedback, experiences and stories. Working with all individuals, including children and young people, community groups, artists, cultural partners and stakeholders, the team creates opportunities for everyone to explore and experience culture across the city. The team works closely with all our teams across the company and with our programme partners, sharing insights and ensuring our programmes reflect culture in all its forms, with a consistent, informed approach to public engagement, learning and education.
