The Engagement function develops ways for people to access cultural activities with greater ease and confidence, helping them develop and grow their cultural habits. The Engagement team actively listens to the people of Dublin and values their perspectives on the city and cultural life. Working with children and young people, individuals, community groups, cultural partners and stakeholders, the team creates opportunities for everyone to explore and experience culture across the city. The team works closely with all our teams across the company and our programme partners, sharing insights and ensuring a consistent, informed approach to public engagement, learning and education.
